Class Action Lawsuit; Atlanta, Georgia
Conceived of and filed class action lawsuit against the State of Georgia on behalf of 5 million class members who were charged a higher driver’s license fee for electing not to become organ donors. 
Argued case before Georgia Supreme Court.  Barnhill v. State of Georgia, 575 S.E.2d 460 (Ga. 2003).  Law was subsequently changed, effective July 1, 2005.
